Do you have experience and expertise that could benefit your colleagues? Why not share them—and get recognition from your colleagues—as a presenter at an ATD local chapter meeting?

For 2022, the ATD Tulsa Chapter Board has pre-determined monthly program topics based on member feedback and the updated ATD Talent Development Capability Model and will are seeking qualified subject-matter-experts to address these pre-determined topics, as they relate to trainers:

  • Instructional Design
  • Converting Classroom Content to Virtual Content
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation
  • Technology Application
  • Change Management


Do I have to submit an RFP? Yes, ATD Tulsa is pre-approved to offer educational programs that can be used for APTD and CPTD initial eligibility and recertification points. A complete RFP is required.

What forms do I need to submit? Please complete and return the ATD Tulsa Professional Development Program Proposal Form along with the ATD Tulsa Professional Development Presenter Agreement.

“The Tulsa Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials.
