PROGRAMS - REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS

Do you have experience and expertise that could benefit your colleagues? Why not share them—and get recognition from your colleagues—as a presenter at an ATD local chapter meeting?


We are seeking RFPs for in-person, on-site Professional Development presentations as well as virtual presenters.


For 2023, the ATD Tulsa Chapter Board has pre-determined monthly program topics based on member feedback and the updated ATD Talent Development Capability Model.

ATD Tulsa is seeking qualified facilitators to address these pre-determined capabilities, as they relate to trainers:

  • Training Delivery and Facilitation
  • Instructional Design
  • Coaching
  • Career and Leadership Development
  • Collaboration and Leadership
  • Evaluating Impact
  • Data and Analytics

FAQs

Do I have to submit an RFP? Yes, ATD Tulsa is pre-approved to offer educational programs that can be used for APTD and CPTD initial eligibility and recertification points. A complete RFP is required.

Where can I get additional information? The ATD Tulsa Professional Development Program Information Sheet provides additional details.

Is there a sample RFP I can review? Yes, you can download a sample RFP.

What forms do I need to submit? Please complete and return the ATD Tulsa Professional Development Program Proposal Form along with the ATD Tulsa Professional Development Presenter Agreement.

“The Tulsa Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. Monthly Professional Development Programs qualify for a maximum of 1 point.”
