The ATD Tulsa Trainer Throwdown is the Culmination of ATD Employee Learning Week!

On Friday, December 9, 2022, up to six individuals (facilitators, trainers, coaches, developers, or O.D. Professionals) will be selected to enter the Throwdown Arena and compete for the top prize and bragging rights for the year! The Throwdown will be recorded via Zoom. The winner will have their video posted on the ATD Tulsa website. Examples of past winning presentations are included below the entry form.

A. Each contestant will have six minutes to show their best training icebreaker, activity, energizer, or exercise. Whatever you think will WOW the audience while giving them some awesome takeaways. Be creative in your approach to engage everyone in attendance. Evaluation criteria include originality, entertainment, learning value, and engagement.

B. The deadline for submission is 5:00 PM on November 30, 2022. Use the online entry form below.

C. Contestants will be chosen by ATD Tulsa, based on their submitted proposal. Selected contestants will be notified on or before December 2nd. Contestants receive free registration to the event.

D. Contestants must be a member of ATD Tulsa, a member of ATD, or a member of any ATD Chapter.

E. Only one submission per person/team, please.

F. The winner will be selected by a vote of the participants present at the Trainer Throwdown. Evaluation criteria include originality, entertainment, learning value, and engagement. We encourage you to invite your colleagues and chapter members to register for the event to cheer you on!

G. First place receives a check for $100. Second place receives a check for $50. Third place receives a check for $25.
