Program Description
“Training will fix it.” Really? Although training is certainly a primary contributor to an individual’s cognitive and psychomotor development, it’s only one of six factors determining a person’s successful performance in any role they have in life. In this presentation of Thomas Gilbert’s Human Performance Engineering Model we’ll examine those factors, the impact each of them has on a person’s behaviors, and the role leaders have in influencing their people to perform most productively. Participants will be engaged and challenged to apply the Model with your peers to realistic scenarios. So how would you handle these situations most effectively?
