• 02 - Member Regular Registration – $179.00
  This is for ATD Tulsa Member registrations received between June 1, 2017 and October 23, 2017. Payment accepted online in advance. Reservations cannot be cancelled after October 20, 2017. No refunds for “no-shows.” Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and are required to remit payment.
• 03 - Member At-The-Door Registration – $209.00
  This is for ATD Tulsa Member Late registrations received between October 1 and October 20, 2017. Payment accepted online in advance. Reservations cannot be cancelled after October 20, 2017. No refunds for “no-shows.” Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and are required to remit payment.
• 05 - Guest Regular Registration – $209.00
  This is for Guest registrations received between June 1 and October 23, 2017. Payment accepted online in advance. Reservations cannot be cancelled after October 20, 2017. No refunds for “no-shows.” Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and are required to remit payment.
• 06 - Guest At-The-Door Registration – $239.00
  This is for Guest Late registrations received between October 24 and October 27, 2017. Payment accepted online in advance. Reservations cannot be cancelled after October 20, 2017. No refunds for “no-shows.” Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and are required to remit payment.
• 08- Students/Unemployed/Volunteers Registration – $89.00
  This is for Students, Unemployed Workers and Volunteers for registrations received between June 1 and October 23, 2017. Payment accepted online in advance. Reservations cannot be cancelled after October 20, 2017. No refunds for “no-shows.” Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and are required to remit payment. • 09 - Students/Unemployed/Volunteers – $99.00
  This is for Students, Unemployed Workers and Volunteers for Early-Bird Late registrations received betwen October 24 and October 27, 2017. Payment accepted online in advance. Reservations cannot be cancelled after October 20, 2017. No refunds for “no-shows.” Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and are required to remit payment. • 40 - Special Student Registration – $40.00
  This is a special Student registration for the Friday, October 27 conference events. Payment accepted online in advance. Reservations cannot be cancelled after October 20, 2017. No refunds for “no-shows.”
• Session Facilitators
  This is a special complimentary registration for the speaker/presenter/facilitator for the State Conference. An admin must provide the speaker with the specific event registration code shown to admins on the event page.
