Perception It is not necessarily the truth, but it can be the reality. What people hear, see, smell, and experience impacts their perceptions.  Carey Baker will take you through various ways to alter one’s perception.  She also will show how perceptions can be changed by simply altering how information is communicated.  She also will help you determine ways in which you can alter your own perception.  These tools will be valuable for any Learning and Development professional.
