Portfolio Careers

Presented by Jane Mudgett

We often think that we need one full time job, however, there are alternatives that may make us more flexible as employees or employers.  Multiple positions within one company or numerous companies may be a way to best utilize, develop and expand your knowledge skills and abilities.

As an employer, consider less traditional ways to train and retain employees; as an employee, learn to better market your experience with others or within your company.

  • Consider an assessment and self-reflection to determine if a Portfolio Career is right for you or your business
  • Review your finances to determine what your budget needs are
  • Focus on both skills and values before making a career change
