With the increase of technology, Multitasking is becoming more and more prevalent. Arguments abound that you can’t multitask and truly be productive. But yet more and more people are expected to multitask, especially in the workplace. Training and Learning professionals feel this expectation at an increasing rate with more and more action items piling up each day. How do you get it all done? This session will help bring focus to your world. Participants with learn some techniques to gain control and focus in the chaos. An exercise will be used to give attendees a practical approach to use back at the office.

Bill Fournet is the Founder, President and CEO of The Persimmon Group. In addition to leading The Persimmon Group since its inception, he also leads the practice areas of project management and leadership development.  Bill consults to clients in various industry verticals including energy, financial services, aerospace, telecommunications, government, human resources and healthcare.  Bill earned a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a master`s degree from Oklahoma State University. In 2010, he was named Small Business Person of the Year by Tulsa’s Metro Chamber of Commerce.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Boy Scouts of America, Indian Nations. Bill and his wife, Christy, reside in Tulsa with their three sons.
