Corporate performance is more critical today than ever with the tightening of budgets and economic concerns.  Employees may be asked to do more with less.  This can create anxiety in the workplace environment.  Our unique corporate performance wellness and fitness educational seminar defines “stress” along with its causes and effects. Coping mechanisms are identified and discussed.  The relationship between physical and emotional health is clearly explained in an easily understood format.  The program provides an ideal (and essential) solution to the physical piece.  With the inclusion of this easily followed program to the exciting education seminar, we believe employees will perform better and be happier inside and out.

More about the presenter:

Mark Sherwood, CI-CPT was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  After graduating from Berryhill High School, he attended Phillips University.  Mark graduated with a degree in business.  He played baseball professionally in this country as well as Australia for two years.  Mark then joined the Tulsa Police Department in 1989, where he logged a decade of courageous service on the department’s SWAT Team.

Mark is a Cooper Institute certified personal trainer and is willing to share his knowledge and experience in a variety of venues.  His passion for health and physical fitness is apparent in his lifestyle as he maintains 5-7% body fat while continually building muscle to his already powerful frame.

Mark is the president/founder of 4E Fitness, a company designed to motivate, inspire, and education persons of all ages the principles of staying healthy physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.  He was motivated to develop courses called “Physical Fitness for Peace Officers” and “Workplace Stress and Wellness,” which he teaches to law enforcement and business professionals throughout Oklahoma.  4E Fitness also created an innovative system of exercise DVDs that demonstrate proper exercise procedures and routine.  These positive, habit-forming DVDs are sought all over the world.
