The Training Essentials workshops will provide an overview of the essential skills all trainers need to be effective.
The second of the workshops, Designing Learning, will include an overview of the strategic processes of Instructional Design and Development by understanding learning objectives, gathering data, technical vs soft skills, format, layout, visual aids and templates.
