Using the ADDIE model for inspiration, the Training Essentials workshops will provide an overview and practical experience for each phase of building and executing a successful training program.
The first of the workshops, Training Analysis, will include an overview of Training Analysis as well as practice using one or more analysis tools/processes.

He has earned a Master's of Arts Degree in Adult Education and has more than 20 years of leadership and practical experience in the human performance improvement industry.
