More about the presenter:

Rosalia Cunningham, M.A., PHR

Over 25 years of extensive human resources management and organizational development experience with both international companies and governmental organizations with holding corporate, field and overseas assignments.

Rosalia was a member of the Executive Management Team for Hilti, Inc. while assigned abroad and currently reports to the CEO for Hilti Western Hemisphere for close to ten years as senior management as practitioner, generalist and consultant specializing in organizational and culture effectiveness (OE/OD), leadership and talent development, training and team building.

Prior to this, she also had accountability with Hilti for multi-functional human resources to include labor and union  relations, and  total quality  management,  including ISO qualifications.  Her professional career began with Hilti in 1987, where she was the first recipient of their college recruitment and strategic development program through the University of Tulsa.

-Certified “Life” Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as accredited by Human Resources Certification Institute. 

-Past-President for the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA), being the youngest President in history 

-One of the initial elite as a TAHRA President to achieve SHRM Superior Merit Award

-Past-Chairman for the Oklahoma State SHRM Council

-Past-Chairman for the Oklahoma State SHRM Conference

-Area Vice President for Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)
