February Meeting:

Turn your employee assistance program into an employer asset program

February 10th from 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM at the Philbrook

Guest Speaker:
Sue Mosher

Cost: $30 Guests, $20 Members, $10 Program only

Most employers view their Employee Assistance Program an employee benefit rather than the employee engagement resource it was designed to be.  Sue Mosher, President/Owner of Segue Employee Assistance, will provide an overview of employee assistance programs, emphasizing their often underutilized employee development features. She will suggest opportunities to use your organization’s EAP to complement and expand the effectiveness of training and development strategies and thereby maximize its return on investment and its value to your employees and the company.

Following this presentation, attendees will:

  • Have a better understanding of the full range of services available through EAPs.
  • Recognize the full value potential EAPs bring to organizations.
  • Be better able to utilize their company’s EAP as a resource for performance improvement and employee engagement.
