  • This is for ATD Tulsa Member registrations received BEFORE the pre-determined headcount meal guarantee is to be submitted. Payment accepted online in advance; or by cash, check or credit card at the door. Reservations cannot be cancelled after headcount is provided to the facility. Every trainer encounters difficult behaviors while facilitating at some point. This session, by Laurie Rosenbaum, APTD, will help you mitigate difficult behaviors in training sessions. You’ll explore what you can do in advance to prevent or minimize these behaviors, how to identify your own triggers, and how to tackle 5 specific common disruptive behaviors.


The discounted, pre-registrations for the program with the meal must be made by Tuesday, February 18.
