Innovation involves looking at something new and asking not just, "What is it?" but more importantly, "What can I do with it?" Today's tech tools may have been created for marketing or meetings, but when regarded with an open mind, you can discover great tools for BIG FUN learning. In this highly interactive session, you'll use one of the hottest mobile tech trends to find information, learn in teams, and discover ways to incorporate this learning tool into any organization. You will learn how to create and use QR Codes to learn about how QR Codes are being used to support learning & improve performance. Smartphones are encouraged to maximize this session. We begin with a short overview of QR Codes. Participants will then be exposed to a series of six activities each demonstrating a different way to incorporate QR Codes into their learning environments. We will be using a Twitter backchannel to share ideas and facilitate some of the activities. Finally, we will end with a debriefing which will capture ideas from the activities and build on the presented materials.
