More about the presenter:

Jim Rhea is Chief Operating Officer of Greenwood Consulting. 

Greenwoodspecializes in Developing Employee Performance.  Greenwoodis a diversified organizational development, consulting business that helps organizations and individuals achieve their full potential through state-of-the-art training and consulting services since 1980.

Jim's background includes sales and management experience in broadcasting; part owner of radio stations in Oklahoma; a professor and department head at

Oklahoma State University.  At Greenwood Performance Systems, he has worked with clients in manufacturing, insurance, broadcasting, utilities and other industries in developing programs in leadership, customer service, and sales. 

Jim has been a speaker and has done training at national and state professional association meetings.  He has also published several articles in the area of management and sales.  Jim's educational background includes a BA from the University of Nebraska, a MA from the University of Kansas, and a Ph.D. in Communication and Organizational Behavior from

Ohio University.  Jim is an active member in the Institute of Management Consultants, American Society for Training and Development, and the CEO Forum. 

Dr. Jeanine Rhea is Managing Partner of Greenwood Consulting. She is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Management in the William S. Spears School of Business at

Oklahoma State University.  She taught at OSU from 1976 to 2004. Dr. Rhea is a lecturer, researcher, and consultant in the areas of communications, learning transfer and women in business. Her research interests have always been in the area of women in business, diversity and communication.  In March of 2005, Dr. Rhea was inducted into the Oklahoma Women’s Hall of Fame.  She was the first educator to be inducted into the Women’s Hall of Fame.  Dr. Rhea was inducted into the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame in October of 2007.  She presents programs in effective meetings, communication skills, time management, customer relations, management/supervisory, sales and performance consulting.

Jeanine developed her insight into the business world first hand by owning and operating her own company.  Dr. Rhea earned her B.S.E. from the University of Nebraska, M.S. from

Memphis State University, and Ed.D. from Oklahoma State University. Under a grant from Oklahoma State University, Jeanine also did research in the area of women in management. As a result of that research, Jeanine gained national attention when she developed a college course called "Managing Diversity in the Workplace." In 1980, Jeanine received an AMOCO Outstanding Teaching Award, and in 1982, the Cimarron Chapter of Business and Professional Women honored her as Woman of the Year.  In 1997, she received the U.S. Small Business Administration Women in Business Advocate of the Year Award. The Oklahoma Journal Record recognized Jeanine as one of the Top 50 Women of the Year in Oklahomain 1998. Dr. Rhea has served as an expert witness for companies in sexual harassment litigation. She has authored numerous articles in various professional journals.


Most recently, the Oklahoma International Women's Forum and the OSU William S. Spears School of Business have partnered on an endowed professorship at OSU in Dr. Rhea’s name. This professorship will support the women in business outreach program, and instruction and research in leadership specifically in women in business issues. The professorship will also serve to maintain and build on the progress Dr. Rhea has brought to the lives of countless women and other minorities who have earned leadership roles in the public and private sectors. The Jeanine Rhea/Oklahoma International Women's Forum (OIWF) Endowed Professorship in the William S. Spears School of Business will ensure that students who major in some aspect of business at

Oklahoma State Universitywill continue to benefit from a committed voice in the classroom that urges and equips them to meet the challenge of leadership in their chosen career fields.
