Ray Hickman, owner of Conflict Alternatives – a local mediation and employee relations firm, will discuss the impact of conflict (disagreement) upon relationships, in general, and the training experience, in particular.

Using some basic equations that correspond to the levels of conflict which might be encountered while making a presentation, Ray will offer tips on assessing how disagreement can influence a presentation, a relationship with a client or any other relationship.  Not all conflict (disagreement) is bad; it can be quite healthy and constructive.  Ray’s presentation will discuss how the Degree of Disagreement can have a bearing on the outcome of your training experience.

Join us on April 8th to learn:

  • Steps for assessing conflict levels
  • how to deal with conflict in the training session
  • When to run from the conflict
