Jerrod Murr
Professional Speaker and Leadership Developer

Leaders must be ever mindful of the environment they are creating, not just for themselves and their teams, but for their peers as well. In “Creating an Environment Where People Thrive,” we will discuss specific strategies that team members and leaders can adopt to achieve a greater level of influence as an employee, connect with external groups to a higher degree, and ultimately shape the environment within their organization.

After participating in this workshop, participants will be able to understand what it means to create a “thriving environment, the benefits of creating a thriving environment, and how to use this a key element in further developing their talents. Participants will have a good knowledge base on the five happy chemicals, what triggers these chemicals, and how to be intentional about releasing triggers. Also, participants will have the resources they need to develop an action plan, which can be immediately implemented.
