In the next five years, millennials and GenZ will take over the workforce and will become a vital force as employees. How can training professionals engage generation that are tech savvy and learn differently from previous generations? 

Understanding how to effectively engage this workforce in training will be the difference between success and failure for many companies, which means the ability to reach these generations is vital to any training professional. 

In this session, participants will learn five techniques to better engage millennials and GenZ in workforce training in order to create a dynamic and results-driven training program for all employees. 

After participating in this workshop, participants will know how to:

1. Identify and understand different learning styles of the millennials and GenZ.

2. Develop unique training programs for the millennial/GenZ workforce that are practical and relatable for high engagement.

3. Define millennials and GenZ and how they contribute to the workforce.

Michael A. Dickerson has extensive experience as a trainer, group facilitator, conference speaker and program developer. He is passionate about mental health and empowering individuals to grow in confidence, build interpersonal skills, develop healthy relationships and take care of themselves.
