Are you ready to transform your organizations and teams into rock stars? Change is an increasingly important topic in business that we must execute well on in order to be competitive.  

We empower professionals to develop talent in the workplace when we develop change management skills in our employees.  We will evaluate what we can learn about change from rock stars who have successfully innovated in their careers and music.

David is the Assistant Vice-President of American Fidelity and past President and Executive Advisor for the Central Oklahoma Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).  David was the 2016 Oklahoma City Human Resources Society (OCHRS) HR Champion of the year.  David has a Master's Degree in Education and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.  He is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).  He has also enjoyed serving on the boards of several non-profit organizations.  David is the founder of Full Volume Development, a think tank that explores best practices related to high performance in organizational development.
