Have you ever wished you had more time for hands on activities in your classroom?
Are you struggling with participants not being prepared with prerequisite knowledge?
Imagine starting your training knowing that 71% of your participants answered the same wrong answer on a quiz they took before coming to your training. In blended learning environments, educators are able to collect such data on participant performance, giving opportunities to customize their lessons and address gaps in participant comprehension while refining strategies for subsequent offerings of the course. This is particularly useful for those employing just-in-time training.
In this session we will explore the aspects of the flipped classroom and how we can start immediately using them in our current and future classes.
In Flipping the Workplace Classroom, you will:
Audience: Novice thru advanced Talent Development professionals.
Time:1 hour
Technology discussed in this session: Video and LCMS integration.
ATD Competency Model Areas of Expertise this session supports: Instructional Design, Training Delivery
