ATD Tulsa July Program
The Language of Solutions & Creativity
Presented by Greg Kittinger
Bringing people together to solve problems is not an easy task. Getting past personalities, hidden agendas, defensiveness, and even inappropriate beliefs about the problem means there could be an entire range of issues to get through before the problem at hand can be tackled.
A helpful way to manage this subtext is to create a language used specifically for the purpose of exploring problems and seeking solutions.
Learning professionals will learn how to enhance their own personal and interpersonal skills, as well as provide a useful construct to help with almost every area of the ATD Competency Model, especially change management, performance improvement, coaching, instructional design, and training delivery.
