Build A Team, Build Success
Do you desire more engagement in your workshops? Want to learn how to use your engagement activities for succession planning? This workshop will take an interactive approach to train the trainers. Expect communication and synergy with fellow ATD members to learn engaging activities you can implement immediately and increase your evaluation ratings.
By the end of the workshop, you will:
Suzanne Brodner has worked as a hands-on trainer for 12 years beginning as a CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard Instructor at Ole Miss Aquatics, also teaching in Memphis, TN, Jackson, MS, and Myrtle Beach South Carolina Ocean Rescue Teams. Since then she’s harnessed her training skills in the corporate environment gaining knowledge in several industries.
Currently, Suzanne is an HR Professional for Dayco Products, where she trains the Sales Team and works with all departments to identify training needs. After meeting Rosalia Cunningham with Hilti, Suzanne knew that learning is more effective when it is fun and engaging.
When she’s not working or in grad school, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband, walking their dogs and traveling the world.
