Chrissy Medeck has served as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for Talent and Organizational Development at BOK Financial in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 2013.

Prior to BOK Financial, Chrissy served as a College Professor and Department Manager over Admissions at the University of Phoenix specializing in Adult Education.

Chrissy has written and launched training programs used at several colleges in Tulsa and at BOK Financial across seven states with a focus on Leadership, Management, Sales, Employee Engagement, and Mentoring. 

Chrissy has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and Public Relations. 

Chrissy is a certified Executive Leadership Coach through the NeuroLeadership Group and the International Coaching Federation.  Chrissy holds certifications in 360 Degree Leadership Assessment, Vital Smarts Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability, Emergenetics, Pro-Edge Presentation Skills, Gallup Employee Engagement and Strengths Finder, Franklin Covey’s Speed of Trust, and Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership and Situational Self Leadership.

Chrissy lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with her husband and two sons.  Her favorite quote is… “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t – you are right.” – Henry Ford.
