ATD Oklahoma State Conference - BOOST

The Central Oklahoma Chapter of ATD is proud to bring Hal Adler as the keynote speaker of the Boost 2014 Conference. Prior to founding Leadership Landing^TM, Hal was President of Great Place to Work^® Institute, the global research and consulting firm best known for creating the gold standard in workplace recognition; the annual FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For. Hal joined the Institute in 2004 as a consultant, and in 2006 was asked to be President of the company.

At the opening keynote Hal will discuss what it takes to be a Great Place To Work and why Talent Development is a key ingredient. Hal will also close the conference with a discussion on Bravery and how why and when talent development professionals need to be brave.
