Lorinda Schrammel is the Training and Development Manager at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma where she is responsible for training and professional development programs for staff and faculty throughout the university. Lorinda and her team provide training in areas such as supervision, strengths, communication, leadership, financial management, policy and procedures, performance management and computer skills, as well as organize events such as Staff Development Day, the Executive Briefing series and Administrative Professionals Day. Lorinda was a featured speaker at the 2013 TedXOState event and is a regular speaker at local, regional and national events. Lorinda is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Larry is a Member of the Association for Talent Development and The eLearning Guild. Larry is also an adjunct professor who teaches about technology at Tulsa Community College in Oklahoma where he currently lives.
President-Elect - Linda Jenkins

Linda Jenkins is a nonprofit governance and leadership consultant with over 30 years of professional experience. She has owned her own company - Jenkins Consulting Group (JCG) - for nine years. JCG services increase nonprofit organizational effectiveness through strategic planning, board development, leadership training, and meeting facilitation. JCG services encompass current trends in nonprofit governance and leadership. Linda is an active BoardSource member and is one of two BoardSource Certified Governance Trainers® (CGT) in Oklahoma. As a CGT, she offers governance training using BoardSource-approved curriculum in the following areas: roles and responsibilities of nonprofit boards, board-staff partnership, board structure, board’s role in fundraising, the board-building cycle, and board performance assessment. With Linda’s management and expertise, JCG has successfully completed 41 projects for 31 organizations in Oklahoma and Texas.
Before establishing JCG in 2007, Linda honed her professional skills through positions with the City of Long Beach, the City of Tulsa and the Tulsa Area United Way. Linda holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Texas at Austin.
Linda is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa and LEAD North (formerly North Tulsa Development Council). Currently, she is serving on the board of directors for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Tulsa Chapter and Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries. Previously, she served on the board of directors for YWCA WomenShelter in Long Beach, CA, and Youth Services of Tulsa.
When she’s not working, she sharpens her understanding of team dynamics and effective coaching by watching women’s NCAA and WNBA basketball games.

An innovative Workplace Learning and Performance (WLP) Professional with many years of demonstrated talent development results, Walt Hansmann has earned the ATD Certification Institute's Certified Professional in Learning and Performance® (CPLP®) credential. His passion is to help people Harness the Power of Knowing™.
Through his extensive background, Hansmann helps senior leaders solve employee development needs by aligning training solutions to business requirements. Using established competency models, Hansmann collaborates with business partners to manage complex projects to design training curriculum; implement learning initiatives; and provide training support for skills training, leadership programs and competency development. His work ranges from executive coaching to managing a corporate training group; and from training design to instructor-led and virtual presentations.
Hansmann has helped design and deliver enterprise-wide technical and non-technical learning programs on compliance, safety, applications, business processes, leadership, team effectiveness, and communications to name several. He is a Blanchard® Certified Manager®.
Quick to adapt to emerging trends, Hansmann works across generations using old-fashioned "lessons-of-the-ages" with evolving technology in his learning strategy and curriculum development. He also administers Learning Management Systems, e-learning and virtual classrooms.
As a storyteller, speaker, presenter and training facilitator, Hansmann uses training interventions to help people achieve their goals and realize their dreams through career development planning, team presentations and personal coaching.
Hansmann has successfully contributed to organizations ranging from small organizations with a "family" culture, to a global Fortune 500 industry leader. With experience in the project management, association management, nonprofits, automotive, trucking, consumer reporting, investigations, customer service, call center, oil and gas, and energy industries, his passion is to help people experience that "aha!" moment within his training initiatives, where personal growth becomes reality.
Recipient of the 2015 ATD Tulsa Distinguished Service Award, and an ATD/ASTD international member since 1985, Hansmann has served ATD Tulsa as a Board Member for nine years. He has facilitated sessions for ATD chapter leaders from around the world at the past six ATD Chapter Leaders Conferences (ALC).

William “Skip” Eller, III, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Education and Development Manager for Manhattan Construction Company. His responsibilities include leading the leadership development, talent management, and succession planning efforts for Manhattan's offices across the country. Skip previously led the T&D efforts at Cherokee Nation Businesses and Cherokee Nation Entertainment for over eight years. Skip has over 15 years’ training and leadership experience in the call center, communications, gaming, and now construction industry. He is a certified facilitator with Franklin Covey and Hogan Assessments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Secondary Education from Drury University in Springfield, MO and a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma – Tulsa. In his spare time, he enjoys singing (bass) with the Choir of St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, cooking, and gardening. Skip is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.

As part of the Organizational Development Team, I have the responsibility of motivating, developing and retaining employees by providing the tools needed for personal development to enhance the organization as a whole. This type of development is imperative for succession planning and attracting a diverse group of employees.
VP of Digital Media - Zac Davis
Zac Davis has been a corporate trainer since 1997. Zac was with the Trase Miller training department for 17 years with the position of the Learning and Development Coordinator. He has now moved on to MetLife as a Business Instructor. Zac has developed and facilitated new hire training and recurrent trainings, which includes technical training on several complex computer systems, customer service and sales training in the travel and insurance industry. He has written manuals and curriculums that include E-learning courses and hybrid classes combining the E-learning and classroom trainings.

Shelby Morris is a Training Coordinator at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma where she is responsible for training and development programs for staff and faculty throughout the university. Shelby assists the University by providing training on various topics related to communication and manages new employee orientation. She works closely with other OSU Human Resources units to provide online modules related to benefits education, performance management and university policies and procedures. Shelby has been with OSU Human Resources since 2005 and is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.
Shelby is married and enjoys being active with her two children.

Kara Schatz is currently the VP/Director, Compliance Training and Awareness for BOK Financial Corporation. She has been in her current role for 3 years and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM). She provides the leadership and oversight to the Compliance training program delivered to approximately 5,000 employees annually. Prior to her role in Compliance, Kara served as the System and Workflow Trainer in the Commercial Bank at BOK Financial Corporation. Kara has spent her career in the financial industry, and has served in a training capacity in many of her roles.
Kara is a proud member of Women’s Leadership Council, a program that is part of the Tulsa Area United Way. She has many volunteer activities through the program, including serving as a mentor in Women in Recovery. She is active in the Union Public Schools and is the active Vice President of the Union Orchestra Booster Club.
Kara enjoys cooking, reading and rooting on her OSU Cowboys with her husband and three teenage children.

Cathy Fox is an expert presenter, collaborator and facilitator whose training programs recently led to the launch of 21 new entrepreneurial ventures. She is a strategic business leader with 15+ years of experience leading teams for museum, craft beer, music festival, entrepreneurship, and luxury hotel enterprises. She spent 5 years with the Ritz Carlton in customer service training, and ran the LAUNCH Entrepreneurship training program for TCC. She currently volunteers as a business coach at 1 Million Cups and coaches 2 entrepreneurs per week to present their small business to an audience of 25+ peers and advisors. She is a creative, self-directed, out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about fostering a positive training experience. She is currently looking for a full-time role in Training and Talent Development.

Mary Parker is the Compliance Training Specialist for Cherokee Nation Entertainment. Her responsibilities include: creating online courses, trainings, manuals, and instructor led material. She also facilitates trainings for all of the Cherokee Nation Entertainment properties. Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northeastern State University and is currently working on her Master’s degree from OU in Administrative Leadership. Mary’s personal interests include golf, soccer, and her two boys. Mary is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.

His responsibilities include leadership development, talent management, and succession planning for each of the CNB business entities. Adam has worked for Cherokee Nation Businesses for ten years and has nearly 15 years’ of operational and leadership experience spanning many industries, including the United States Marine Corps. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK and is completing a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Adam is also a high school football and basketball official for the OSSAA. Adam is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.
At-Large Director - Greg Kittinger

Greg is responsible for Business Development for a national labor consulting firm, Labor Relations Institute, Inc. As part of his responsibilities, Greg is involved in the design, development, and marketing of training products and services, particularly for front-line supervisors.
Having spent over 25 years in the world of live stage production, film, TV, and video production (with some missions team training thrown in for good measure), Greg is fairly new to the official world of talent development and is working hard to leverage the knowledge gleaned from ATD friends to his role at LRI.
Greg obtained a BA in Social Work from Oral Roberts University, and reads about 50 books a year. He has 6 children (homeschooled), 7 grandkids (to date), and an extensive scale aircraft model collection that he has built and keeps on display at his office.
At-Large Director - Jim Spradlin

Jim has worked for over 40 organizations over the years, and he has seen a wide range quality in training and talent development systems. He is a retired workforce trainer whose young people demonstrate superior results in work settings through team, peer mentoring, and simulation technology tools and methods.
“Manage technology, don’t let it manage you” is a favorite saying. He is currently focused on business implementation of Augmented and Virtual Reality tools to accelerate knowledge transfer in the workplace. Another prime interest is enhancing teams using emerging methods and tools. His primary strength is accelerating the business value of young workers in team settings.
Jim is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and Homestead Graduate Schools culminating in a Doctor of Education experience.

Jeremy is part of the Talent Management function at The NORDAM Group, an Aerospace Manufacturing and Repair facility based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is responsible for the training and development areas within the organization, specifically around Sourcing, Organizational Development, and Instructional Design. Jeremy is heavily involved in curriculum development and facilitation in areas such as Leadership, Personal Development, and Teamwork. Currently, Jeremy is the project manager on a Leadership Academy that will be launched to all NORDAM leaders in 2017. Jeremy is also a SME in Articulate Storyline 2 and creates eLearning’s covering a broad range of topics for the organization.
Jeremy is also an adjunct professor at Southern Nazarene University, the school that he earned his Bachelor in Organizational Leadership and his Masters of Business Administration.
