The ATD Excellence in People Development Award recognizes a specific initiative that added significantly to employee and organization performance; and added measured value to the organization.
The Distinguished Chapter Member Award recognizes those members who have demonstrated an exemplary record of service and commitment to the chapter over a period of at least one year. The purpose of this award is to promote the benefits of actively participating in chapter activities, mastering the ATD Areas of Expertise (AOE’s); and diligently sharing knowledge and skills gained from professional experience with other chapter members.
