Linda Jenkins helps nonprofit leaders create social change. As a board governance consultant, she provides leaders with strategic approaches to facilitate mission achievement.

Her customized services include board performance assessment, strategic planning, and unconscious bias training. She provides her services in-person and virtually through individual and group consultations, workshops, and retreats. Linda tailors her services to fit client needs for practical strategic solutions. She has owned her own company - Jenkins Consulting Group (JCG) - for twelve years. JCG has successfully completed 67 projects for 49 organizations in Oklahoma and Texas.

In 2012, Linda boosted her board consulting expertise by becoming one of the first BoardSource Certified Governance Consultants®. Driven by her passion to help nonprofit leaders create inclusive workplaces, she became certified to facilitate Managing Unconscious Bias in the Workplace workshops through the Cultural Intelligence Center in August 2019.

Before establishing JCG in 2007, Linda honed her professional skills through positions with the City of Long Beach, the City of Tulsa and the Tulsa Area United Way.  Linda holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Texas at Austin.

Linda is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa (1999) and North Tulsa Development Council (2011). Currently, Linda is serving as President of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Tulsa Chapter and Vice Chair of the City of Tulsa’s Sales Tax Overview Committee. Previously, she served on the board of directors for YWCA WomenShelter (Long Beach, CA), Youth Services of Tulsa, and Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries.

Linda is an avid women's basketball fan. She loves to sharpen her coaching and teamwork skills by watching NCAA and WNBA games. She has traveled to nine Women’s Final Fours. She is looking forward to attending her tenth, in San Antonio, in April 2021.

Lewana Harris was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and currently serves as a Development Instructor with ONEOK. Lewana is a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She also earned her master’s degree in Human Relations with a focus in Organizational Studies from the University of Oklahoma, where she maintained a grade point average of 4.0.

As a Developmental Instructor, Lewana manages and maintains ONEOK's New Leader Protocol and Leadership Development Strategy processes by creating, implementing and delivering training programs that connect employees and teams with department and business goals. Additionally, she develops strategies and deploys new programs to deliver e-learning and in-person training to all employees. She supports and partners with department heads in program development, planning and roll-out to increase team productivity, in addition to collaborating with departments to design, develop and test learning content. Lewana is an active leader in the community and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She has served on the boards of Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA), ONEOK’s Women’s Resource Group and is currently President of Association of Talent Development (ATD). She is a volunteer on the program committee of Resonance, an organization that helps women rise above their past, and believe in a brighter future. Additionally, she is a Junior Achievement volunteer, a program that teaches students, K-12 about financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship. Lewana’s areas of training include leadership development, resolution training, understanding, valuing, and managing diversity, stress management crisis training, working successfully with female offenders, and organizational leadership. She is certified in the areas of DISC (a communication tool), Situational Leadership, 360 Leadership Feedback Assessments, Designing Learning and Building Inclusive Teams.

Lewana is committed to enlightening, encouraging, educating and empowering others to activate their full potential to ensure their personal contributions are making their community and organization a more productive one. Lewana enjoys the responsibility of motivating and developing others by providing the tools needed for personal and professional development to enhance themselves, their community or organization.

Suni has been an ATD Tulsa and Power member for four years. She has 16 years of experience in the field of Talent Development. Suni has served on the board as VP of Accommodations in 2020 and has been nominated for President-Elect for 2021 (to serve as President in 2022).

Suni has worked mainly in the non-profit and government entities most of her career, including working for the military as a Training and Curriculum Specialist for four years and currently works for Tulsa County as a Training and Information Specialist for the last eight years. Suni has a great deal of experience in planning, developing, designing, and facilitating training for a wide variety of topics.

Suni was born and raised in Bolivar, MO and received her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She has a 20-year-old son and currently lives in Tulsa.

Rachel has been an ATD member for 14 years and is a new Power Member.

Since her licensing in 2006 as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant from the renowned Protocol School of Washington® in Washington, D.C., she has worked with a broad range of clients to refine their business etiquette soft skills.

Rachel is founder of the Oklahoma-based business etiquette firm, Rachel Wagner Etiquette and Protocol and is a natural fit for companies and organizations that want their leadership teams and front-liners to convey greater professional presence in all types of business settings, from the board room to the business dinner. Her keynotes, corporate workshops and live virtual presentations are designed to teach professionals the most contemporary and universally accepted business etiquette skills to present a first-class image of themselves and promote their company’s brand, reputation, image and goals more successfully in today’s global business arena.

Rachel’s clients cross many industries, including financial, legal, oil and gas, international manufacturing, aviation, higher education, biotech, Native American tribes, boutique firms and family businesses, as well as non-profits like the Salvation Army. Private coaching clients include high-level leaders from the healthcare industry, international oil and gas companies (Chevron and Kuwait Oil), educational institutions, Mars, Inc., and the FAA. In 2020 Rachel became a Licensed VEP (Virtual Event Professional) #NoMoreBadZoom to be able to share LIVE virtual business etiquette training events with her clients.

Rachel has contributed frequently as the “etiquette expert” on Fox 23 Tulsa, and her popular business etiquette newsletter, The Savvy Professional, is read by hundreds of subscribers. Her award-winning business etiquette blog posts are ranked #12 out of the top 25 on the Internet for both 2019 and 2020.

Rachel has served on the National Speakers Association – Oklahoma chapter Board of Directors and was the recipient of the chapter’s 2011 Presidential Award. She is active in the Bixby Metro Chamber, a graduate of Leadership Bixby and the recipient of the Bixby Metro Chamber’s “2017 Woman Owned Business of the Year” award.

A Kentucky native, Rachel lived “up north” in Madison, Wisconsin for over 25 years, but now considers Tulsa, Oklahoma her home. When she’s not training or working on new material, she enjoys travel and cruises, reading, learning to swing dance, weekend gardening, and spending time with family and friends, especially over a good cup of coffee. You may also find her traveling the back roads with her husband in their red ’95 Corvette.

Kim was an ATD Tulsa member from 2000 to 2008, rejoined in 2017, and is a Power Member. Kim has 31 years’ experience in the field of Talent Development. Kim has served on the board as newsletter publisher and most recently as VP of Marketing in 2019. 

As a training professional, Kim has a great deal of experience in planning, developing, designing, and facilitating training for a wide variety of industries including energy and industrial sector, aerospace, combustion, oil and gas, telecommunications, credit and collections, and car rental.

Kim is certified in Instructional Design, Web-Based Training Design, and Course Evaluation from Langevin Training Services. In addition, she is certified to train in MBTI, Situational Frontline Leadership, 5 Levels of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Insight Personality Profile.

Kim was born and raised in Tulsa, OK and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. She currently lives in Broken Arrow with her husband, Gary.  She has been married for 36 years (in June 2021).  She has 2 grown sons (Ryan and Sean) and 2 adorable grandchildren (Avery-7; Atticus-5). She enjoys spending time with her family and is frequently seen traveling east bound on HWY 412 to Rogers, AR to visit her grands.

Through his extensive background, Hansmann helps senior leaders solve employee development needs by aligning training solutions to business requirements. Using established competency models, Hansmann collaborates with business partners to manage complex projects to design training curriculum; implement learning initiatives; and provide training support for skills training, leadership programs and competency development. His work ranges from executive coaching to managing a corporate training group; and from training design to instructor-led and virtual presentations.

Hansmann has helped design and deliver enterprise-wide technical and non-technical learning programs on compliance, safety, applications, business processes, leadership, team effectiveness, and communications to name several. He is a Blanchard® Certified Manager®.

Hansmann has been involved with nonprofit organizations for 40 years, having served in numerous leadership roles. In addition to his service to ATD Tulsa, he is president of the Oklahoma Cornhusker Club a University of Nebraska Alumni group, and is an active member of Toastmasters International having earned the organization's highest education recognition being named a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).

Recipient of the 2015 ATD Tulsa Distinguished Service Award, and an ATD/ASTD international member since 1985, Hansmann has served ATD Tulsa as a Board Member since 2009.
