Senior Manager, Leadership Development

William “Skip” Eller III, M.A. is the Senior Manager of Employee and Leadership Development for Cherokee Nation Businesses. His responsibilities include leadership development, talent management, and succession planning for each of the CNB business entities. Skip came to Cherokee Nation Businesses and Cherokee Nation Entertainment just over four years ago nearly 15 years’ training and leadership experience in the call center industry. He is a certified facilitator with Franklin Covey and Hogan Assessments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Secondary Education from Drury University in Springfield, MO and a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma – Tulsa. In his spare time, he enjoys singing (bass) with the Choir of St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, cooking, and gardening. Skip is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.
Shane currently serves as the Consumer Program Manager for BOK Financial, a 2015 Forbes Global 2000 list member, which provides banking and financial services to clients across 7 states in the South Central United States. In his role, Shane is responsible for managing the ongoing career development program including the design, curriculum needs, marketing, and employee progression function to ensure that all Consumer division team members are attaining the skills and competencies necessary to be successful in their roles.
Steve Laswell

Steve is the President of Next Level Executive Coaching, a company he built from the ground up in 2008. Steve’s passion is developing self-managed leaders through mentoring, one-on-one coaching, and team-based coaching. Leaders that participate in Steve’s coaching programs experience greater productivity and job satisfaction. Prior to becoming a full-time executive coach, Steve worked as a Station Manager with Cox Communications, and has served others through ministry. Steve holds a Master's degree from Southern Nazarene University. Steve enjoys the outdoors and photography; has been married to his wife, Rita, for 37 years. Together, they have 3 daughters and 9 grandchildren.
Adam Barrow is a Manager of Employee and Leadership Development for Cherokee Nation Businesses. His responsibilities include leadership development, talent management, and succession planning for each of the CNB business entities. Adam has worked for Cherokee Nation Businesses and Cherokee Nation Entertainment just over nine years and has nearly 13 years’ of operational and leadership experience spanning many industries, including the United States Marine Corps. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK and is completing a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Adam is also a high school football and basketball official for the OSSAA. Adam is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.

An innovative Workplace Learning and Performance (WLP) Professional with many years of demonstrated talent development results, Walt Hansmann has earned the ATD Certification Institute's Certified Professional in Learning and Performance® (CPLP®) credential. His passion is to help people Harness the Power of Knowing™.
Hansmann has helped design and deliver enterprise-wide technical and non-technical learning programs on compliance, safety, applications, business processes, leadership, team effectiveness, and communications to name several. He is a Blanchard® Certified Manager®.
Quick to adapt to emerging trends, Hansmann works across generations using old-fashioned "lessons-of-the-ages" with evolving technology in his learning strategy and curriculum development. He also administers Learning Management Systems, e-learning and virtual classrooms.
As a storyteller, speaker, presenter and training facilitator, Hansmann uses training interventions to help people achieve their goals and realize their dreams through career development planning, team presentations and personal coaching.
Hansmann has successfully contributed to organizations ranging from small organizations with a "family" culture, to a global Fortune 500 industry leader. With experience in the project management, association management, nonprofits, automotive, trucking, consumer reporting, investigations, call center, oil and gas, and energy industries, his passion is to help people experience that "aha!" moment within his training initiatives, where personal growth becomes reality.
An ATD/ASTD international member since 1985, Hansmann has served ATD Tulsa as a Board Member for eight years. He has facilitated sessions for ATD chapter leaders from around the world at the past five ATD Chapter Leaders Conferences (ALC).
Zac Davis has been a corporate trainer since 1997. Zac was with the Trase Miller training department for 17 years with the position of the Learning and Development Coordinator. He has now moved on to MetLife as a Business Instructor. Zac has developed and facilitated new hire training and recurrent trainings, which includes technical training on several complex computer systems, customer service and sales training in the travel and insurance industry. He has written manuals and curriculums that include E-learning courses and hybrid classes combining the E-learning and classroom trainings.
At-Large Director - Linda Jenkins
Linda Jenkins is a nonprofit governance and leadership consultant with over 28 years of professional experience. She has owned her own company - Jenkins Consulting Group (JCG) - for eight years. JCG services increase nonprofit organizational effectiveness through strategic planning, board development, leadership training, and meeting facilitation. JCG has successfully completed over 33 projects for 24 organizations in Oklahoma and Texas.
Before establishing JCG in 2007, Linda honed her professional skills through positions with the City of Long Beach, the City of Tulsa and the Tulsa Area United Way. She is a member of BoardSource and is a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer®. Linda holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Texas at Austin.
Linda is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa and LEAD North (formerly North Tulsa Development Council). Currently, she is serving on the board of directors for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Tulsa Chapter and Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries. She served on the board of directors for YWCA WomenShelter in Long Beach, CA, and Youth Services of Tulsa. Her favorite volunteer activity is serving as a Reading Buddy for a 3rd grader at Gilcrease Elementary School.
